Guest rooms and Suites at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina have been decorated with a mix of contemporary and classical influences. The classical style is reinforced by the high ceilings, formal balconies with either sculptured railings or pillars and oversized grand mirrors. This is mixed with solid wood matching furniture, free standing modern and traditional furniture, quality soft furnishings and modern plasma audio visual equipment. The large bathrooms have wide baths and separate toilet and shower closets with mahogany framed mirrors and pictures above the vanity basin units.

The Westin Executive Club is situated on the 8th floor of the hotel; the Executive Club Business Centre is open 24 hours while the Reception, lounge and bar are open from 06:00 to 02:00 daily. The extensive facilities include a dining area, small terrace and separate bar and lounge area. The Executive Club Business Centre is located close to the dedicated Executive Club Reception. The classic lounge area has a bar, with a range of comfortable seating arrangements and alcove tables; the more contemporary dining area has a hot and cold buffet area with seating and a separate terrace overlooking the sea.

The Westin features 48 Deluxe guest bedrooms with either sea views or city views, many have the added benefit of a balcony. Guests staying in our 24 Executive rooms (sea views or city views) have the benefit of all the Executive Club lounge facilities situated on the 8th floor of the hotel.

Enjoying the additional benefit of a separate bedroom there are two Suites, which are larger than the Executive guest rooms. Our 2 Deluxe Suites are situated on the corners of the building and have the additional benefit of a dressing room between the bedroom and bathroom.

The four Duplex Suites have a spacious marble entrance hall with a guest cloakroom, small kitchen and sweeping staircase leading from it.

The Luxury Suite is on the 9th floor of the hotel and is a section of the larger Presidential Suite. It has a large entrance hall, and spacious living room with a dining area and bar at one end. There is a private gym and large fully equipped kitchen. Leading from the entrance hall is an additional separate living area with separate entrance and no natural light this leads to the bedroom which faces the sea. A corridor from the second living room leads to a well equipped modern kitchen and twin maid's room which has no natural light and an en-suite shower. The main bedroom has a dedicated desk and Hammam room with large raised Jacuzzi. The walkthrough dressing room has a number of closets and central dressing table and leads to the en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, steam room, separate rain shower, double vanity basin unit and luxury Aigner toiletries. When this suite is booked the Grand Suite becomes unavailable due to shared areas.

The Grand Suite is on the 9th floor of the hotel and is a section of the larger Presidential Suite. . It has a large entrance hall, and spacious living room with a dining area and bar at one end. Leading from the entrance hall is a private gym and generous additional separate living area with second entrance and no natural light this leads to the spacious bedroom which faces the sea. The large bedroom has a dedicated desk and a Hammam room with large raised Jacuzzi. The generous walkthrough dressing room has a number of closets and a central dressing table which leads to the en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, steam room, separate rain shower double vanity basin unit and luxury Aigner toiletries. When this suite is booked the Grand Suite becomes unavailable due to shared areas.

The Presidential Suite is a combination of the Luxury and Grand Suite with a large central living area between the two en-suite bedrooms, private bedroom living rooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms.
